Making Process

“From raw ingredients to finished product — every batch is made by hand, in small quantities, with patience as our only preservative.”

Cold-Process Method

Artisan Soap

Oil Blending

We begin by carefully measuring and blending our premium oils — olive, coconut, shea butter, and castor — each selected for its unique contribution to lather, hardness, and moisturizing properties.

Lye Solution

Sodium hydroxide is dissolved in filtered water at a precise temperature. Once both the lye solution and oils reach the exact target temperature, they are combined to begin saponification.

Trace & Additives

At light trace, we incorporate our botanicals, clays, and essential oil blends. This is where each batch takes on its unique character — rose petals, activated charcoal, lavender buds, or desert sandalwood.

Molding & Insulation

The raw soap is poured into wooden molds lined with parchment and insulated with towels. The heat of saponification is allowed to work naturally over 24–48 hours, transforming the mixture into solid soap.

Curing

After unmolding, each bar is cut by hand and placed on curing racks in our climate-controlled drying room. Over 4–6 weeks, excess moisture evaporates, yielding a harder, longer-lasting bar with a mild, creamy lather.

Quality & Packaging

Every bar is inspected for texture, scent, and appearance. Bars are wrapped in biodegradable paper, stamped with the batch number, and dated before heading to our shelves.

Small batch. No shortcuts. Every product tells a story.
